Contract Trainer/Assessors FITA can make available trainers in your region who can contract to coach and assess in your store. Training and assessment can be delivered to one or up to eight staff over a prearranged time frame. 2. Company Driven Coaching Your company may purchase the coaching modules and have company personnel deliver them in-house to harmonise the company's own training and time frames. Qualifications: The training is designed to meet industry criteria as set by the Retail Industry Training Organisation. The participants can be assessed and credited with the appropriate New Zealand Qualifications Authority Unit Standards. Each Unit Standard has a credit value which is recorded on the NZQA framework. RITO certificates are available at different skill levels and have various credit values. All Unit Standards attained through FITA will gain NZQA credits which will accrue towards a NZQA National Certificate and qualification.
